Process Assessment
During the process assessment we examine your current processes in depth. We determine your current state by interviewing everyone on the team involved in the execution of the process. Then we make clear recommendations about how to improve, and gain greater productivity, and efficiency.
Process Modeling
Once the assessment is complete we detail, and define each step of each process. We create a map of how every activity, and task should be completed. We then use this map to identify any gaps, or areas of concern. We also uncover areas of great risk to the business, and build in solutions to mitigate that risk.
Training
In order to improve processes, and produce greater value in your business your staff must be fully, and properly trained. Once the processes are defined, and documented the next thing to do is ensure your team can effectively execute on the processes. The reality is this is not something that is going to happen over night. The business owners willing to work with someone who can help them will be vastly superior to their competitors.
Continuous Coaching
Once the processes are implemented, the materials are developed, and your team has been trained the final step is daily execution. Improving your processes is not a one time event. It requires ongoing coaching in order to make it stick. Once your team has learned how to make a habit of using the new processes your revenue will grow, and your customers will be extremely delighted.
